Terms and Conditions for the "For Her Well-Being" Campaign

1. Eligibility:

   • Each pharmacy outlet is entitled to receive a maximum of two (2) free-of-charge (FOC) GynaGuard 28's units for trial and review purposes.

   • Each registered individual is entitled to receive one (1) unit of free GynaGuard 28's during the campaign period.

1. Registration:

   • To receive the free GynaGuard 28's unit, each participant must complete the registration form with all required information.

   • The registration form must be filled out accurately and submitted before the end of July 2024.

2. Distribution:

   • The free tester units will be sent to the designated pharmacy outlets by Zuellig Pharma, along with The PrimAGE's purchase order.

3. Submission Deadline:

   • All interested parties wishing to trial the GynaGuard 28's must submit their registration form before July 31, 2024.

4. General Conditions:

   • This offer is subject to availability and limited to the campaign period.

   • The campaign organizers reserve the right to modify or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice.

   • By participating in this campaign, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
